During the design stage, we work closely with your in-house or out-of-house creative agency to ensure that all art prep requirements for your display are met.

Quality Control

To prevent printing errors, art files are thoroughly inspected prior to proofing. If our inspector detects a problem with a supplied art file or a component is missing, we send an email notification with instructions on how to correct it. Art files that pass inspection are ready for proofing.

Proofing Options

Two types of proofing are available:

Electronic approval proof (E-proof)
Printed approval proof (PA-proof)

E-proofs are delivered via email. They provide an accurate onscreen preview of finished product and a close but not exact preview of final printed color.

PA-proofs are exact replicas of the final printed product at 25% of actual size. If you require exact preview of final printed color, choose PA-proofs. This type of proof is delivered via overnight air service.
